Thoughts and observations on the Swedish foursome

Most ABBA fans know that the group are sitting in a Rolls-Royce on the sleeve of 1975's ABBA album. But do you know the back story of the Rolls-Royce? If you have read my book ABBA On Record you do. The picture inserted in the sleeve image shows the Rolls in 1952, when it was involved in a crash, leading to a fine for its then-owner, industrialist Torsten Kreuger.
The story of how the car ended up on the ABBA sleeve is in the book – along with innumerable other stories that you won't have read before. Order your copy of ABBA On Record at abbaonrecord.com.
The 1947 Rolls-Royce crashed right onto the ABBA album sleeve.
